Corning® Cell Recovery Solution, 100 mL, enables the recovery of cells cultured on Corning® Matrigel® Basement Membrane Matrix for subsequent biochemical analyses.

Quality

-Tested for ability to depolymerize a 1mm thick layer of gelled Matrigel Matrix after one hour at 2° to 8°C

-Filtered (0.2 µm membrane) and tested for bacteria, fungi, and mycoplasma

Preparation and Storage

Stable for at least three months at 2° to 8°C.

Handling

Corning Cell Recovery Solution is used full strength to recover cells from Corning Matrigel® Matrix.
