使用这种光学透明的粘性盖膜将样品密封于微孔板的孔内。这将会降低样品孔之间交叉污染的可能性，有助于确保一致的实时荧光定量PCR数据。
使用方便
只需从粘性盖膜上撕下衬垫，将其紧紧的贴在微孔板上方即可。将微孔板叠在一起，按正常方法读取样品，但样品污染的几率更低。适用于MicroAmp® 96孔和384孔板。
